Clearwater Beach resorts earn top spots in Condé Nast Traveler awards

The St. Pete-Clearwater area has received recognition in the Condé Nast Traveler’s Readers’ Choice Awards 2025, with two Clearwater Beach resorts ranking at the top of the list for Florida. The Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach Resort & Spa was named the number one resort in the state, while the JW Marriott Clearwater Beach Resort & Spa took second place in the Top Resorts in Florida category.

Additionally, The Don CeSar, a historic hotel in the region, was ranked ninth among the Top 10 Hotels in Florida. These awards highlight St. Pete-Clearwater’s ongoing reputation for quality accommodations and popular beaches.

According to Condé Nast Traveler’s annual survey, these rankings reflect feedback from readers about their travel experiences across Florida.
