Film Florida has scheduled its next quarterly meeting for December 11 and 12, 2025, in Orlando. The event will take place at Eola View, located at 150 E. Central Blvd. Meetings are set for Film Florida committees, councils, and the Board of Directors. Zoom access will be available for those unable to attend in person.

Attendees are encouraged to bring an unwrapped toy or gift to donate to a Central Florida organization during the holiday season. A 50/50 raffle will also be held during the meetings, with tickets available for $5 each or five for $20. Payments can be made by cash, credit card, or digitally. Both in-person and virtual participants may enter the raffle; the winner does not need to be present when the ticket is drawn at the end of the Board of Directors Meeting. Half of the proceeds will go to the winner, while the other half will support Film Florida’s grant and scholarship fund.

The schedule on December 11 includes committee and council meetings from 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., open only to Film Florida members who can also participate remotely by requesting call-in information via email at info@filmflorida.org. That evening features a Women in Film & Television Florida Jingle Mingle event from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

On December 12, a continental breakfast for members begins at 9:00 a.m., followed by a public Board of Directors meeting from 9:30 a.m. until noon at Eola View. Those interested in joining remotely should contact info@filmflorida.org for details.

Hotel accommodations are available at Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando Downtown, three blocks from Eola View, with rooms offered at $199 per night plus taxes and parking fees of $24 per day per car. The hotel provides amenities such as a pool, fitness center, complimentary evening reception for guests, and daily cooked-to-order breakfast. The group rate cut-off date is November 19 or when rooms sell out.

Individuals who are not currently members but wish to attend member-only sessions are invited to join Film Florida through their membership process.
