The Florida Public Service Commission (FPSC) has scheduled a virtual customer meeting for Citrus Waterworks, Inc. customers on October 30, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. EDT. The session is intended to gather public input on Citrus Waterworks’ recent application to adjust its water and wastewater rates in Citrus County.

Citrus Waterworks, Inc. submitted its rate adjustment request to the FPSC on April 30, 2025. The company currently serves 154 residential customers and one general service customer in the county.

According to the FPSC, “The virtual customer meeting provides customers an opportunity to comment on Citrus’ request and the company’s quality of service. Customer feedback will be considered by the Commission as part of its decision-making process.”

Customers who wish to speak at the meeting can register by completing an online form available under Hot Topics on the FPSC home page, calling the FPSC at 1-850-413-7080, or emailing the Commission. Registration opens on October 16 at 9:00 a.m. EDT and closes on October 28 at noon.

Those who do not wish to speak can watch the meeting live by selecting “Watch Live and Archived PSC Events” on the FPSC website.
