The Florida Public Service Commission (FPSC) has scheduled a Commission Conference for Tuesday, November 4, 2025, at 9:30 a.m. in Tallahassee. The event will take place at the Betty Easley Conference Center in the Joseph P. Cresse Hearing Room.

Following the conference and an Internal Affairs meeting, the FPSC will conduct a Cost Recovery Clauses hearing. During this proceeding, the commission will review cost recovery issues for Florida’s investor-owned utilities. The topics include fuel, conservation, environmental, capacity, purchased gas, and storm protection plan costs. The hearing will address projected recovery factors for 2026 as well as true-up amounts for 2024 and 2025.

The hearing may continue from November 5 to November 7 if additional time is needed.

Public comment may be taken on any item noticed for public participation. Individuals interested in participating should contact the FPSC’s Office of General Counsel at 850-413-6199.

A live broadcast of the conference and hearing will be available online by clicking “Watch Live and Archived PSC Events.” Coverage may also be provided by the Florida Channel depending on local listings.
