Miami Freedom Park has secured three new retail tenants for over 125,000 square feet of space. Fever, a live entertainment platform known for organizing large cultural events, preleased 30,000 square feet. PopStroke, a miniature golf venue backed by Tiger Woods, committed to 75,000 square feet. Urban and eco-tourism company ToroVerde preleased 24,000 square feet for an adventure park.

The development is led by Jorge and Jose Mas in partnership with David Beckham and Ares Management from Los Angeles. Miami Freedom Park will feature a 25,000-seat stadium for Major League Soccer’s Inter Miami CF team and include one million square feet of mixed-use real estate at the former Melreese Golf Course site at 1400 Northwest 37th Avenue. The developers have signed a 99-year lease on this city-owned property.

According to the developers’ release, the complex will offer offices, retail spaces, entertainment venues, restaurants, three hotel buildings with a total of 750 rooms, a public park named Jorge Mas Canosa Park spanning 58 acres, and athletic fields. Construction began in 2023; phased completion will start next year with the stadium and initial community amenities opening first.

Retail leasing is being handled by InHouse Commercial, Newmark and Magellan Realty Group on behalf of the developers.
