Palm Beach County’s condominium market remained steady last week, with brokers closing 64 condo sales totaling $31.4 million between August 11 and August 17. This matched the dollar volume from the previous week, which saw 66 units sold for the same total.
The average sale price last week was $491,305, up from $413,454 the week before. The average price per square foot also increased to $328 from $278, based on data provided by Redfin.
Among the top 10 transactions, sale prices ranged from $717,500 to $2.8 million. The highest-priced deal involved unit 1708 at Toscana South, located at 3740 South Ocean Boulevard in Highland Beach. The property closed for $2.8 million or $985 per square foot.

Another notable transaction was unit 3102 at Havn Residences & Yacht Club at 184 Lake Drive in Palm Beach Shores, which sold for $2.5 million or $939 per square foot.

Other top sales included:
– Chalfonte at 550 South Ocean Boulevard in Boca Raton: unit 406 sold for $1.71 million ($1,181 per square foot). Ana Londono of Lang Realty represented the seller; Kelly Jackson of Kelly Team represented the buyer.
– Jupiter Country Club at 179 Tresana Boulevard in Jupiter: unit 145 sold for $717,500 ($338 per square foot). Sylvia Isaacs and Jeffrey Lichtenstein of Echo Fine Properties were listing agents; Jeffrey Coe of Compass was buyer’s agent.
