Related Ross announced on Mar. 17 the launch of sales for Edgeworth, its third planned condominium highrise in West Palm Beach. The project will be located at 1155 South Flagler Drive, which is currently the site of West Palm Beach’s Family Church campus.
The new development will consist of two buildings rising 28 stories and offering a total of 168 units, including nine penthouses. Units will range from one to five bedrooms, with prices starting at $2.5 million and reaching up to $35.5 million. The complex is set to feature 90,000 square feet of amenities such as a pool deck.
Adam McPherson from Related Ross and Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group will lead the sales effort for Edgeworth. Corcoran Sunshine is also handling sales and marketing for Related Ross’ other two condominium projects in the city: South Flagler House and Shorecrest.
Kohn Pedersen Fox, the architecture firm known for designing Hudson Yards, has been selected to design the towers, while MAWD will handle interior design. Plans also include a new school and sanctuary for Family Church on the same site, designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox.
South Flagler House has already achieved more than $500 million in pre-sales during the first quarter of this year. In June, Steve Ross secured a $600 million construction loan for that project, and reports surfaced in January that former Apple CEO John Sculley was under contract to purchase a $40 million unit there. Last month, Ross obtained a $157 million construction loan for Shorecrest, another planned 28-story tower with 98 units on the former Temple Israel site.
Market observers say this season has been active for new developments in West Palm Beach. Other projects include Mast Capital and Curated JCZM Development’s planned 25-story building at 400 Hibiscus Street with private club amenities, as well as Great Gulf’s Mandarin Oriental Residences—a recently launched 31-story tower with 87 units.
