The District Board of Trustees of Santa Fe College announced on Mar. 26 that it will hold two upcoming workshops in April and May 2026 at the college’s Gainesville, Florida locations.

These workshops are part of the board’s regular activities to discuss important topics affecting the college, including funding, personnel matters, evaluations, and budgeting.

The first workshop is scheduled for April 10 at 8:00 a.m. at the SF Academy, located at 3000 NW 83rd Street, Building G, Room 004. The agenda for this meeting includes a review of MacKenzie Scott funds, personnel issues, board evaluation processes, and other college business.

The second workshop will take place on May 18 at 5:30 p.m. in the President’s Cabinet Room in Building F on the SF Northwest Campus. This session will focus primarily on budget discussions as well as additional college business.

Both meetings are open to the public and provide an opportunity for community members to stay informed about decisions impacting Santa Fe College.
